Zibo Tenghui Oil Fat Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. is mainly to produce fatty acid, fatty amine and their downstream products with beef tallow as a raw material with each one set of productive equipments with an annual output of 15000 tons for fatty acid, of 120, 000 tons for fatty acid sodium solution, 2, 000 tons for glycerin and 5, 000 tons for fatty amine. In 2012, it has achieved the production value of RMB 280 million Yuan, sales income of RMB 265 million Yuan, the profits and taxes of RMB 27 million Yuan and the taxes of RMB 12 million Yuan. Fatty acid is one of the most basic chemical materials and widely used in the industries of plastics, rubber, printing and dye, daily use chemicals, fatty acid salt and other manufacturings. Our product fatty acid with beef tallow as a raw material is one of the main assistants to produce styrene butadiene rubber and widely used in the Rubber Plants of SINOPEC Qilu Petrochemical Industrial Corporation of PetroChina Jilin Branch Company, of PetroChina Lanzhou Branch Company, Nanjing Yangjin Rubber Stock Co., Ltd. Tianjin Lugang Petroleum and Rubber Chemical Industries Co., Ltd. and other more enterprises with its high reliable quality and company reputation. The series products of fatty amine are important nitrogen-containing derivatives and the material and intermediate of surfactants for a lot of positive ion and zwitter ion. The application fields of fatty primary amine and its salt is in flotation agent, fertilizer anticaking agent, lubricant, explosive anticaking agent, corrosion inhibitor, organic intermediate, metal cleaner, asphalt emulsifier, disinfector, waterproof agent and others. Our products have sold to Beijing, Shanghai, Shandong, Henan, Hebei, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Hubei, Jiangxi, Hunan, Liaoning, Xinjiang and other provinces and regions.
Zibo Fatty Acids Engineering Technology Research Center built by our company will devote us to the research and development of fatty acid and its downstream products. We now have built the projects of fatty amine and hyamine newly with the designed annual capabilities of 20, 000 tons for fatty amine and of 10, 000 tons for hyamine. After the equipments are into production, it will increase newly an annual sales income of about RMB 300 million Yuan and an annual profits and taxes of about RMB 40 million Yuan. The annual use level will be 50, 000 tons for beef tallow in our company after the project put into production.
